Your request is MacOS X, it primary needs for enabled AHCI, IDE is old mode and not supported by Macintosh microcodes.
Raid mode is usual for AMD controllers, in that cause RAID works better than AHCI.
If your laptop works in nonAHCI, we can try to set it to AHCI, from USB or by Programmer in laptop services.

I looked in your BIOS and found that your AHCI controller works in RAID-mode.
If you want to change RAID to AHCI i'll tell you how solve this problem by 2 ways.
1 way-may be expensible, I can add AHCI option in System Configuration menu or unlock Advanced Tab but mod cannot be flashed because new HP Bioses are RSA signed. Only HW SPI Programmer can do this job.You should backup your current bios and go to laptop services.Servicemen will soldering out the bios chip and flahing mod by SPI Programmer.

Give next command setup_var 0x36 0x01 (for AHCI, 0x02-for RAID, 0x00-for IDE)
If memory not protected to write your controller will work in AHCI-mode.

So, now go to HP's support website here and search for your computer. Look under your drivers to see if there's a utility called HP BIOS Update UEFI.
Download it and install it to a USB flash drive.
Now unpack your BIOS installer so that you have access to the BIOS rom. Open it with Andy's tool, and examine the file's it has created. If you don't have it yet, it can be downloaded here-http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/13194-Tool-to-Insert-Replace-SLIC-in-Phoenix-Insyde-Dell-EFI-BIOSes. If Andy's tool had to decrypt your BIOS, then there'll be a RSA.SIG file and a .DEC file. You'll need to copy these files to your HP_TOOLS flash drive's Hewlett-Packard/BIOS/Current directory and rename them to what the original BIOS was named minus the version number.
If Andy's tool didn't have to decrypt your BIOS, then just place the original BIOS file in your HP_TOOLS flash drive's Hewlett-Packard/BIOS/Current directory and rename them to what the original BIOS was named minus the version number. So 01448F29.BIN would be renamed to 01448.BIN. The renaming might differ depending on your computer. Like for one of the BIOS I worked with whose rom was named 017FC.BIN, I didn't have to rename It at all. When opening your BIOS with Andy's tool, a windows might pop up telling you possible recovery names that you can try. Now shutdown your computer. With the flash drive plugged in, hold down the Windows key and the b key. Press the power button while continuing to hold down those two keys. After a few seconds, the activity light on your flash drive will flash. You can now stop holding down those two keys. The screen may stay black for as long as 40 seconds and you might hear some beeping, but eventually a screen like this will come up:

done that but the bios updated from the uefi and not from my stick...i already installed the bios first on my uefi partition(a few weeks ago) so the bios did recover from the partiton and not from usb stick

Try to boot with following Instruction
1. Download latest version of your BIOS
2. Flash new BIOS
3. Take USB stick and format to FAT32
4. Create directory structure EFI\Boot
5. Download BOOTX64.EFI (link is http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?81vegw2aw0pxcib)
6. Put downloaded file to Boot directory.
7. Restart and enter BIOS setup.
8. Make sure you have following values:
Legacy Support: Disable
Secure Boot: Disable
9. Reboot and press F9 to boot from USB stick
10. Give commands:
setup_var 0x39 0x01
11. Reboot and you Windows should find Intel AHCI controller.
12. REPORT RESULT HERE
13. Enjoy.

Option: Disabled, Value: 0x0
Option: Enabled, Value: 0x1 (default).
It is necessary condition for booting access from other device (exclude internal hdd).
Boot from usb with bootx64.EFI and at first give next command:
setup_var 0x22c 0x0 -must disabled secure boot.
Then try setup_var 0x39 0x01.

ps.for me worked with legacy boot enabled...i had to reinstall windows

What's mean restore bios?You changed AHCI mode only.For restore factory settings press F9 in bios setup menu or press option Load setup defaults in Exit tab.
