could you please re-upload the modded BIOS?

I have an Acer 5749Z with installed Win 10 64bit.
I upgraded the CPU and RAM years ago (i7-2620M + 8GB DDR3 RAM).
Unlocked BIOS Ver. 1.06 works fine.

[Edit]: Today I bought and installed an Intel 7260 WiFi card but the laptop doesn't boot regulary. It starts, the screen stays black. About 20 seconds later it shuts down.

Bios: InsydeH20 Rev 3.5
Version: 1.08 (added as *.zip file) - is the newest one.

I am trying to upgrade an Acer Aspire 5749Z with BIOS V1.08 and Intel CPU B960 to Core i5-2450M.
The CPUs are socket compatible. Unfortutantely the PC doesn't start after fitting the i5-2450M.
I suspect I need a modified BIOS to support the i5-2450M.
Can anybody provide a hint?

I use the same notebook but I never had a problem to upgrade different CPUs. Also from B960 to i3-2310m, i5-2450m and now i7-2620m.
AND: I didn't need to flash a modded BIOS... The notebook worked/works fine with all these CPUs.
