Когда включаю, просто запускается, инициализации не происходит. Индикатор горит красным при запуске

Run SpsInfo in command line with administrative rights and show results.

OK. Run in command line with administrative rights:
spsFPTW64 -desc -d desc.bin
Zip and attach a file desc.bin.

I run this administrative rights, but i get:

Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus).
Copy spsFPT.exe to this DOS USB-stick.
Boot from this DOS USB-stick and run:
spsFPT -desc -d desc.bin
Make a photo of the screen with results.
