Bios need for Raid with 3tb support

Hi all, i am currently facing problem on creating raid on 2 x 3tb drive, can anyone help to update the intel raid rom to the latest version? here's the link for the bios : http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/Tec...vc-96238-1

My model is HP 8200 elite cmt.

Please attach/link your BIOS in a format that is not .exe, as I don't want to open this installer-looking thing on my PC since I don't know if it's going to try to flash or what. (Also, I'm lazy.)

Note that if it's NOT Award or American Megatrends, or if it IS UEFI (even from those brands) then I can't do this, anyway. If you have a Phoenix BIOS (HP likes to use them) then you're unfortunately SOL, at least at the moment.
