Hello mylo66440,

Your BIOS mod is complete! The BIOS image can be found at the bottom of this post.

I have unlocked an unlinked (hidden) INTEL Menu as well as several settings under the Advanced Menu. Furthermore, I have disabled the special functions that may or may not have been hiding the CPU Overclocking settings under the Advanced Menu.

Generic Warnings/Disclaimers:
Quote:Please remember to take proper precautions when flashing your BIOS. Even if the BIOS image is safe, the flashing process can still fail. Make sure that [if applicable] your notebook is fully charged (100%), that the power adapter is properly connected, and that the chance of a power outage occurring is as minimal as possible. Do not interrupt the flashing process. If possible, it is a good idea to have a working CRISIS recovery disk handy when flashing your BIOS. Use the flashing instructions for your particular computer brand. DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNNECESSARY!!!

I take absolutely NO responsibility for ANY damages that may occur to you, your computer, your personal belongings, your neighbor's cat, or any other personnel or equipment as a direct or indirect result or consequence of your, or any one else's, use or misuse of any of the files that are in this archive at the present or at any time in the past or the future. You assume full responsibility for any damages or inconveniences that may occur by choosing to flash, or otherwise use or misuse, this image or any of the other files within this archive.

Have fun! Smile

Please remember to post the results of the BIOS flash!

There is a few different way to do, I didn't succeed to make this one work tho, maybe because its wph file.
First download CPUZ, and run it to make sure that your motherboard is a M570TU, if it's not ceck for the right bios for your motherboard.
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Then if you want just update your bios with an official bios from phoenix for the M570TU, the best is to format your USB drive using rufus
https://rufus.akeo.ie/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmtRE9LTCOE
(it will add some files in the usb , leave them)
Then place the three files from M570TU_V1.0.18 folder to usb root directory (meaning place the files M570TU.18, ph1697.exe, update.bat, no the folder).(These files are in the link below)
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/u1h74wvqy1lbv...UI7ha?dl=0

Then reboot, press F2, that will take you to the bios, go to boot menu, and make your usb the first option to be boot from! go to optiarc and press - to put it as second choice, do the same with main hard drive, your usb should come first that way. Then press F10 to save and exit.
During the reboot press F7, that will take to the run command. where you will see a line like that:
-C:/
Type UPDATE (in upper case), and press yes to all till it finished.
And that's it! This way did work for me!

Make sure your battery and power charger are connected! Never do that, unconnected to charger, especially with low battery!

There is apparently an update to 19 at that page, but it's a two step operation, I havn't been through yet, but there is the link
http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/...ls.556299/
Scroll down to the M570TU model.
