Hello, I have a G31TM-P21 (MS-7529) motherboard but the RAID Mode option is just IDE. I want put this option on AHCI because Mac OS X need that.

IDE DVD Drive

(Sorry for my bad English)

Problem solved, my northbridge is not compatible with AHCI.
