That's interesting. Sorry about the late reply.

Edit: And the second pop-up, after clicking on the first.

Try to install Windows 7 (or XP) and do it again.

Tried that. Same error. I'm going to call it quits, put back the old CPU in it, and see if I can find a use for it.
Thanks for all the effort, but enough is enough.

CptnIX, OK.
But you can flash BIOS by a hardware programmer.
You need cheap CH341A & SOIC8 test clip. Try to find it on ebay or aliexpress

Hello, everyone!

I recently bought an RX570 and with the current BIOS (7.16), the computer refuses to output anything to the display whereas my 750ti works just fine.

I am going to mod my 2ABF v1.30 with an 8MB BIOS from the 3500MT. Would this add support for UEFI graphics cards or maybe just slightly increase the chances that the motherboard might accept this GPU?

Thank you.

I have the HP Pro 3500 (given to me free by my old 87 yr old father in-law) with Foxconn 2ABF mobo with silk screen printed between CPU and Memory: H-CUPERTINO-H61 UATX v3.10 It has AMI Bios v8.14 now updated to v8.19. Had G645 upgraded to i7-3770, 2GB DDR3 1333MHz to 2x4GB Micron PC3-12880U 1600MHz, replaced 300 Watt with EVGA 600 Watt 80 plus, installed MSI GTX 970. Not able to OverClock since I do not have a  i7-3770K and the motherboard BIOS has no Modern UEFI Menu just Basic crap. However was hoping there was a Mod Bios or a back door to get into a more Advanced Settings as to set CPU Multiplier to obtain a steady 3.9GHz as Windows 10 Pro v1903 still allows Throttling even though I've changed data in Registry, Power Setting to Performance and another thing ..still Throttles.  Memory XMP does not matter since dual pair and runs as specified 1600MHz. The i7-3770 is a 3.4GHz with boost to 3.9GHz but it flucuates because of Windows 10 and wish I could keep it constant at 3.9GHz.  I had looked up the BIOS CHIP it is a Micron 25Q064A 13E40, 64MBit SPI Flash, SOIC-8 208mil, 2.7V - 3.6V.  Would be nice to get someone to modify AMI BIOS version 8.19 (cu3_819.rom).  2 issues with mobo..no USB 3.0 or SATA III. Makes for slower Read/Write times and Start Up time. Just need a nice Mid-Tower case to transfer to and use the new and unused ASUS Maximus V Gene Z77 motherboard sitting in storage. Not sure if I want to spend money on a i7-3770K, Corsair H100i AIO CPU cooler, 16GB G.Skill Trident X DDR3 2400MHz memory, Samsung EVO 860 1T SSD and GTX 1070ti also Corsair RM850i 850 Watt modular power supply as that is like $800 to $1000 to make use of a Generation 3 CPU of year 2013 and we are now on Intel 10th Generation of CPU's. I'm still using the i7-6700K Skylake 7th Gen.  Interesting though that the i7-3770 performs about 20 percent behind my i7-6700K. In a few more years the i9 series will be very common and much cheaper. People spending nearly $4K for near top line models and in 3 years get it for $1,600 or 60 percent off. Ridiculous anyone wants the Low Budget Laptops and Desktops ..waste of money.

bytemaniak. I have a HP 3300 Pro Mt (rev 1.01) and my colleague recently gave me an i3 3220 processor. My motherboard on the chipset H61, as well as hp 3500 pro, I bought a chip for the BIOS on 8 MB and flashed it dump 3.20. Soldered and now the computer is defined as HP 3500 Pro. Also installed 16GB of memory (2 * 8Gb) and GeForce 1060 6GB. Everything works great

Hi all,
I changed the eeprom chip to a blank 8MB one.
After that I flashed the 8MB BIOS I found here in the forum and re-soldered the new eeprom on the mainboard.

Now the BIOS works but for some strange reason I can't access the BIOS anymore by pressing ESC or F10 Keys.
The machine can't boot from USB or SATA devices. Any idea?

I have the same machine, can you provide a link for the bios you flashed on it?
