Hi there. Very much new to bios modding and such. I was wondering if there's a way to see what settings actually are hidden on my laptop. I found a few guides to modding InsydeH2O Rev 5, but I don't know if my laptop is even capable of "boot from ac" to make modding my bios worthwhile. Reason for wanting boot from ac below. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 330S-15IKB (didn't find any posts about completed bios mods for this model).
I'm switching to a new laptop and am trying to repurpose my old laptop to function as a kind of automated recorder for a theatre I work at. I already have ubuntu set up that when the laptop turns on, it launches audacity and start recording. Then, when ac power is disconnected, it stops recording, exports the file, and emails it to my boss. The only missing piece of the puzzle is to have the laptop boot when connected to ac power.
Thanks in advance, very excited to brick my laptop by accident!
