How you make BIOS mods?

I wonder how people mod (especially) insyde bioses.
What tools are you using?
What knowledge is needed?
What else is needed?

Asking how to mod a general BIOS is basicially like asking a guy tho write a book. You need to be WAY more specific.

Phoenix Tool,UEFI Tool, Insider Bios Tools, IDA PRo, HxD
Knowledge:
Assembly and general programming knowledge
For UEFI Bioses you can find a lot of info on the internet as it's an industry standard spec
What else:
I would get a cheap SPI programmer like the CH341A just in case your mod bricks your computer
Also another computer to use the CH341A
