Does your bios 1.21 containe any additional hacking features besides of just avoiding wl? I mean the new features in BIOS setup or enabling AMT, TPM, AES.

What's MTM of your x220? How does it work with mod'd 1.21?
And which features has your motherboard (I mean TPM, AMT, AES)?

It sounds a little unclear for me. I know one guy who has flashed your BIOS on x220 with AES disabled according to spec and now this function is enabled. Good bonus, but look at Ideli's post - the beeps and longer boot time are another two "bonuses"?
I'd like to use bios w/o wl because of I have got the newest and very functional gsm/umts/cdma/wifi/gps modem, but I'd like to be sure mod'd bios will not destroy my laptop.

I talked with that guy, he patched another module to activate AES-NI.

If you're unsure about a bios mod, my advice is DO NOT INSTALL IT!!. Always exist a possibility of "destroying your laptop". It's your choice and risk.

Ok, it's a very useful advise.
Again, the differences in laptop specification of that guys are i7+noTPM+noAMT+noAES on the 1st side (you've contacted with him) and i5+TPM+AMT+AES on the 2nd. Are you not interested to increase your knowledge and experience? It's very strange for me - to wait of donations from users and not worry about quality and compatibility.

If had done all the bioses i made expecting donations i would have retired time ago Smile

many people don't even give feedback about the moded bioses, and the legend inclided on my bioses is "if you like my work and think is worth you can make a donation" lol it seems it only likes or think are worth to 0.1% of the modded bios leechers, no feed back not even a mail saying thanks and there's files with more than 50 downloads, if you want more features patch them yourself.

Topic closed it bores me plenty.
