Hello, I'm new to the forum.

I have this same laptop (V3-572G i7 5500U, GT840M)
I replaced the DVD drive with an HDD with adapter but it is not detected by the bios.

Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

Can i get the modified bios for this notebook as well? I think it's the same one, same cpu, same gpu, but mine has 16gb ram instead of 8gb ram.
I need advanced settings so i can disable hyper-threading and sata settings as well because i want to replace my cd drive for a HDD drive. Thank you, acer v3-572g-71v1.
