Downgrade is possible only just using the Recovery Procedure or using an iscflash.dll patched !
So You can use the iscflash.dll patched present into Bios Mod !
Dowanload original sp55375.exe then unpack it using Winrar v5.20 or above and get folder
sp55375 look into and You 'll find same files like into Bios Mod !
Then copy from Bios Mod folder the iscflash.dll and replace into Original sp55375 folder and
do the same for file Platform.ini !
Now You can reflash Original, then flash the Bios Mod !
If You want to use the Recovery Procedure then follow this Guide :

http://donovan6000.blogspot.it/2013/06/i...overy.html

Download this HP tool to prepare an USB Stick Bootable and rename like HP_TOOLS
download these files and copy them into (017FC.bin - 017FC.SIG) :

Question
Hello everyone.

I have been reading through your forum quite extensively about my laptops BIOS which is the HP Softpaq # SP60655.
I can see that it is an RSA signed BIOS that no one has had any luck in modding and not resulting in a brick and recovery of the BIOS.

There is a version of the BIOS that is modifiable being the last non-signed version. How ever, if I flash this onto my laptop my dedicated graphics card it reverts back to a Radeon 6770M. It normally is a Radeon HD 7690M XT which is the 6770M overclocked and renamed(Thanks HP!... Dodgy )

Reading in some other areas, the rumor mill also suggests that HP are pretty bad at updating their service manuals and can occasionally add new supported wireless cards into the Whitelist of BIOS images.

So my request, could I please have some one whip open my BIOS image and extract the current white list so I can see what I can make best of the bad situation till we have a way to successfully mod these BIOS's.

You don't need to go to the extent of converting the hardware ID's if you cbf.

Appreciate it! Cool and thank you for your guys continued efforts.

Greetz! I tried do it by my own, but it was unsuccesfull.  Got 017FC.bin from HP flasher, dumped by it latest phoenixtool266, found bit sequence 14 18 92 35 3C 10 38 16, and replaced 86 80 91 00 86 80 01 52, than got 017FC_SLIC.bin and tried to flash it (by FLASHIT and by original "Insyde Flasher"). And i cant do it, i get only error: "The BIOS image is corrupted or does not contain the correct digital signature. The system BIOS will not be updated." So, please, help me:

-Manufacturer: HP
-Motherboard Model: HP Pavilion dv6-6b56er
-Bios revision: F.1C
-Bios Type: EFI
-Bios Download Link: sp60655
-Current original card (like): PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3592&SUBSYS_1638103C
-Card to be added (like): PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0091&SUBSYS_52018086
Appreciate your help.

Upd. Have found that BDMaster asked some requesters (example) to give backup bios, report from BACKUP_Tools.exe and AIDA64 for making modded RSA BIOS. So here is mine: backup, results.rar, Full Report AIDA64.
I've already found F.02 modded bios from which i can flash modded F.1C. So, please, make it or tell me how to do this at my own(I've tried to flash bioses modded by myself, but they are bricking my comp)
Appreciate your help!
