1st is a packed tool to look your Eeprom Status, just right click run as Administrator and run It then upload result file.
2nd is a Bios Backup Tool to get your Bios Backup, unpack this one then into folder You'll find an .exe tool, run
as Administrator too this one and upload here the file You got.

Ok unpack the Tool (NEW_BACKUP_FPTs.exe) and rename the folder as test,
then put It into C: HD root to get something like C:\test\

Then open and Comand Prompt with Administrator's Rights and execute rhis comand :

cd C:\test (hit enter then pause)

go.bat (hit enter then pause)

let me know if You'll get a result file into test folder.

Unoack result file and look pics You'll find error 284 not Administrator Rights !!!
