I have a lenovo but im not able to install a driver in windows 10 since i can not get to these settings: BIOS->Security->Memory Protection->Execution Prevention [Disable]
BIOS -> Security - >Security chip->Security chip [Disable]
Security boot - [disable]


And what i undestand i dont have this option what i can see
i did test to dump bios with Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0.exe
then i can open bios in some bios editors, but when downloading bios from lenovo: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...w_72ww.exe

and unpack exe i get bios file: MfgFL5C5.ROM

that one i cant edid or open

Finally

1) Enable bios flashback
2) Downgrade bios to: cucn28ww
3) Disable OneKeyBattery
4) Save & Exit
5) Press Power then F2 to enter BIOS
6) Press Power
This step is tricky, you have to this really fast.
Directly after you do Step 6.. 
Press these keys fast one at the time (i did drag finger över then.

7)
F1 → 1 → Q → A → Z
F2 → 2 → W → S → X
F3 → 3 → E → D → C
F4 → 4 → R → F → V
F5 → 5 → T → G → B
F6 → 6 → Y → H → N

POWER then F2
