Set your laptop to suspended mode and wake up it after few seconds.
Then run Intel FPT Pass.rar again and look at result81.png
Do you still see red text with 28 error?

I have a Lenovo U510 i3 Version and want to hook an external gpu with pci to pci riser. 
I think that I have to get rid of that whitelist before installing the riser with the egpu.
