Hi Dudu2002,
I also have an L540 laptop and like to change the oldschool Wifi card.
I'm using J4ET93WW(1.93) Bios at the moment.
Can you help me to remove the restrictions, please?

Also you need SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip

Hi, could a kind person please direct me to where to download the bios dump tool, as the links on page 1, no longer work?

Your bios is rewrite protected, you need SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip

Your bios is rewrite protected, you need SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip Sorry, but I don't understand what you mean, I just updated the bios to latest so most definately not write protected.

2. Is this Soic8 Clip + Flash Programmer good for me?
3. Should I use an other PC to rewrite the flash?
