i didnt unplug wifi adapter since i dont know which one is wifi adapter ! all stuff in lenovo y50-70 are so soldered which make unplugging really tricky for me.

i just removed the battery and the CMOS battery connector, then pushed the power button for like 30 sec (as it was explained in another thread) and then power it on, and even checked the bios setting afterward and "date" was reset to 2013 which is a sign of successful CMOS reset procedure.

if it's really necessary to unplug the wifi adapter, would u kindly walk me through which unit is wifi adapter

so after complete detachment of wifi adapter, then i should plug the ac adapter in and turn the laptop on while still the wifi adapter is detached ????

(i'm gonna try this in the morning since it's really late now and i'm gonna let u know of the result)
