[REQUEST] Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 13 Bios Mods

Hi friends.
My notebook BIOS is locked for nearly everything , I would like to adjust clock speeds of CPU , temperature configuration and want to reach many other settings in my bios.. If anyone could support , I`d be appreciated.

ok one guy from xda-developers found a way to change variable so that any bios-mod could be installed even when the BIOS is locked so I was thinking that maybe it will be possible to unlock BIOS and load the unlocked bios-mod by this way but if someone could find a way? 
in attached you can find the variable patcher and A07 bios for Xiaomi Air 13 Skylake version. Can someone please check if BIOS could be unlocked in this way? 

I installed A07 BIOS by this way easily but it is still locked BIOS and I really need unlocked version. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

could you please check attached screenshots , when I try to open SetupUtility module for my BIOS in H2OEZE it gives me an error , does anyone know what could be the reason ? is it because of BIOS is locked?
