[Request] HP Zbook 14u Whitelist removal SP144305

Hello

I have a HP Zbook 14u G6 and added a 3rd party WWAN card. I get a 703 error

- Bios download link from manufacturer site.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp144001-...144305.exe

- PCI ID of the Wifi/WWAN card that originally came with the laptop.
The laptop didn't ship with one. One of cards listed is https://www.amazon.co.uk/HP-XMMT-pandora...B079QJLJ3B

- If the bios is RSA signed an acknowledge to be aware of the risks and an acceptance of them. Also note that many times is needed remove HPTOOLS partition before flashing the mod.

Please help. I am happy to lobby my MP in the UK to get these whitelists removed.
