[Request] Lenovo Ideapad 320 Boot logo
#1
Hiya~

Just recently got a new IdeaPad 320 with paycheck and would like a little help on changing the boot logo. I've done it for my Asus Desktop motherboard but I tried extracting the resources from the Bios update exe downloaded from the site but have had Zero luck with it so far. The files were in a .fd format and I have no idea how to find the logo and replace it...

I've done my research and even tried various tutorials such as this but it was of no help at all and couldn't assist me.. I'm willing to co-operate and assist anyone volunteering to help me out with this task and will even do it myself as long as I have some guidance and such..

I've read here that the BIOS are locked by the OEM and I have to unlock it or such? Can I have any more info for this Notebook/laptop? I've really got my undies in a twist with this..

Thanks in advance xoxo :*

You might be my hero <3 HOWEVER, it's been almost two months and what all I knew about flashing/modifying BIOS files has completely gone past my head... Would you mind refreshing me/slight guidance on what to do with this? Work's really kept me busy and is shagging me more than anyone or anything now...

Thankies in advance, and thankies for the response at least! :*
