Did you attached AC adater to Mobo when chip is reading by programmer?

My programmer should support the chip (TL866) and i have attached ac power.

I have found another Winbond Chip (W25Q64FV) but i'm also unable to read something from this chip.

I've managed to get a dump of the chip. Reliably I've dumped the same thing, so this should be the correct file. Hopefully this has everything you need to make the necessary modifications. If there is anything else I can do, please let me know.

Great news! Is this for the 900-13isk2 model or the 900-12isk?

I will be cool if share how you have done it (and with wich programmer equipment).

This is the 900-13isk2 model. It was a bit of a process, I had to hand make clips, and add solder to the chip in order to make contact, but it's been done. I'll document a little better if anything comes of this. No use doing it now if the end result just softbricks the laptop.

Unfortunately great modder Oleh aka Dudu2002 cannot solve this request because shared magic bytes cannot detect in Setuputility mode (https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-F...3-with-H20)
However he is watching carefully this thread to grab ready solution and use it as himself work in future.

Mod from Da Vinci Code was successful! I was able to install Fedora 24. The mod enabled advanced tab allowing me to change the needed setting. I put together a small album of images from this process, hopefully I can be of help for others in the future. http://imgur.com/a/ox4Ey

So standard SOIC8 is not enough. I need to check that all contacts are connected.

Which programmer you have used and have you connected the power adapter?

The programmer will still work for the chip, the issue is only in the form factor. The contacts for WSON chips are on the bottom, but thankfully Lenovo left pads extending from the chip on the motherboard. The clip can't grip the chip's contacts because they're on the bottom, that's why I had to make my own.
Also, I was only able to get success reading from the chip after disconnecting the battery and AC entirely. I think that's why my solder attempt didn't work, it has to do with the HOLD pin being active low, and the battery giving a reference to ground.

There are 3 hidden tabs detected:Advanced, Power and Configuration (or Security).
Please confirm if they all unlocked.This mod for your laptop only, it contains some private data such as serial numbers of mainboard,mac-addresses,windows licence key.I'm strongly recommend you delete uploaded dump.Another users get laptop CLONE if they used this bios dump to recover laptop.Don't run any backup utilities so modder Oleh aka Dudu2002 can easy find changes in SetupUtility module.After that he can use this solution as himself work in future.
I cannot detect whitelist checking module (it seems Lenovo not use it anymore).You can try to install any perfomance wlan module to check if whitelist present.After that i can disable it so you can install any wlan adapter.
This request solved now, so i have no interest to mod this bios.
However let's give great modder Oleh aka Dudu2002 to try find solution
P.S.There are some ways to disable bios rewrite protection:
-patched Descriptor region of bios with rewrite permissions
-disable bios lock in bios Setup.
As you can see, there is possible to unhide advanced settings
