Unlock Phoenix Award Bios to Overclock Dell Inspiron 530

Hi,
I'm trying to overclock my cpu on my inspiron 530. I've traveled all corners of the web looking for someone to help me do this...
Upgrading and overclocking my cpu is the last option I have before buying an entire new system. I have my soldering iron ready to do any mods necessary to the motherboard. I understand this is risky buisness, but it's a chance I'm willing to take.
