need to mod my splash screen

Hy i have a lenovo t410 and i whant to change my bios screen if anyone can help my i have the picture theat i whant but dont know how to decompres the bios file so if anyone have time just tell my what i need to or decompress the bios and i will modify all the picure needed and i will uplod them to compres back i have and a modify bios whit whitelist if needed i upload and theat one

It's an Phoenix (New Style) Bios so Steven is the expert About It, but there are many ways to do this !
I suggest to use WinUpTp from Original Bios File !!!

Create your Logo.bmp file 16 Colors and 10 KB size then execute as Admin "logo.bat" batch program which will
create Logo.mod file and It will integrate into Bios.rom file !

It works on Original Bios (signed) so to make a Custom Splash Screen into a Bios Mod, It needs to Flash Original using new Logo Screen
then make a Bios Backup to extract the Logo Module with right setting and at last replace into Modded Bios so You can reflash
the Bios Mod with new Splah Screen replaced !

Or try to replace a LogoXX.BMP file doing Tests . . . (Not easy choice !)

I know thwat tutorial but its imposible to make the picture to have 10kb and still have some quality ,theat i search hor help on forum
maybe some one have time and know how to make it

I have to look where WinUpTp will replace original to find the right Module to Patch !
So You have to make this procedure updating a dumb image just to see what is happen !
Then make a Bios Backup and upload the result here so I could see which Module is updated
and then try to modify using your quality pic (I don't think is supported over 16 Bit and more then
10 KB as will there is not enough space for It) but We can try
So make this dumb image and upload your Bios then make a Backup and upload It here
let me know which is new image (upload It too) !

I cannot find the image You used into Splash Screen !
Can You show me which is the modified picture ?
You uploaded two images to use into Bios but I don't know if
You used as dumb or Dumb is different !
Anyway there are no differences between original and your backup !
Upèload your original without Dumb Image and Modified with Dumb Image
Bioses please as to make comparing We have to get only Image difference !
Have You inserted your Dumb Image into It ?

i did not insertet because i cant make the image go to 10kb so theat whii i uploded a bukup of my modify bios whitelist remove and 2 images theat you or some one can use like boot splash i try to see what is inside of my bios whit andi tool but i found just logo00 and so on so i dont know what to mod there if you can insert one of thows 2 img il bee happy
