I'm currently running Windows 8.1 x64 enterprise. Maybe (according to what I
read about the error msg) the syntax is messed up somewhere in GO.bat?

I would just like to say thank-you in advance for your time and that your time and
efforts are greatly appreciated! I'm serious about paying $100 to the person that
provides me with a working modded bios.

Problem is that this same .exe has been extensively tested on other computers. Ok, extract NEW_BACKUPS_FPT.exe and you'll get 3 folders, each with a different version of fptw, run a command(CMD) as administrator and try each of this ftpw, command to backup BIOS is

fptw -BIOS -d output.bin

see if any of then dumps the BIOS correctly and send it to me

There was a syntax error in the go.bat file, I fixed it and ran it as administrator.
Here is the result.rar file. Thanks.

can't be flashed by software ways, you'll need to flash the BIOS directly into the EEPROM with a external EEPROM programmer, I can point you the direction but you'll need extra tools (about $23) and a little hardware knowledge, if you are up to it, PM me.

Yeah, I'm definitely interested. What do I do? What parts do I need to order and how do I use them? Also, how can the bios be flashed using sony's bios update which uses insydeflash.exe but it can't be modded? Thanks.

Can't be modded because we will be caught by the RSA check insydeflash makes! so any mod would be detected and it wouldn't let us flash, FPT is an option but PRR cant unlock your EEPROM so not a option anymore, another one would be flashing using recovery mode, but your computer does not have it too, so only thing left is the external eeprom flasher!
