I just bought my
Procs : 550BE
MOBO : Biostar TA790GX A3+

Can you guide me to unlock the 4 cores?

I tried that using 78DAA616.CET , it does'nt work and keep hang and cant boot to screen. Monitor power is ON but just blank screen.

Sounds like a failed flash , try using recovery then flashing it again. Can't be the mod itself as one user has reported it working. However , whether you can unlock cores or not is dependant on What particular batch of processor you have. Some can unlock , some cant , even if they are the same model!

Dont know which ones can be unlocked and which ones cant , just that its a random guess!
