any help please?

all the time i try to edit with amibcp and flash on my mobo some options are damaged
ex: fan speed instead of showing 100, shows 255.
and other errors.

can someone point me to at least how to unlock the hidden menus, i have tried the amibcp from downloads section but when i unlock some menus are strange like the fans menu instead show 100 shw 256.
