try this tools https://www.sendspace.com/file/nr5rjp

Unpack and run MSI_A5.exe as Administrator (right mouse click --> as Administrator).
Reboot, enter into the BIOS, load Optimal Defaults, Save&Exit, boot to Windows and check SLIC.
