Well read back and make sure, I know you need to disable secure boot to use grub, so it could have been about that, but this should have been disabled by default anyway. Doesn't matter now though, since we've disabled FPRR and BIOS lock by default, so you don't need to use grub anymore anyway, unless you ever flash back in a stock BIOS.
So, you're OK with security removed, replaced with Chipset and then swap advanced, boot, save and exit - correct?

OK, will do, give me a few
* Edit - http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?fil...6725133840
Now, please compare images of inside advanced and chipset with what you see in AMIBCP 5.02 and tell me if anything missing. Or, if you can't figure all that out, send me new images of everything inside chipset and advanced (and all it's submenus too), and image of new boot and save and exit as well. This way we make sure to get it all visible for you, some things I can't tell if need further edit on my end until I see images from your end after you flash this.
If any tabs missing, let me know

Holy crap, I never knew a laptop could have so many options in the bios to configure. It's almost as complex as my desktop now, maybe even more so because I don't understand what half of these options are! Haha. I wouldn't even begin to know whats missing or what isn't there from all the stuff infront of me. Is AMIBCP 5.02 a program I can use to open the .bin files you sent me? I'd like to decipher as much as I can to make less work on your end since you've done so much for me. I have also included photos (not the best quality due to screen brightness) of what I do see now.

So I found this option in the attached screenshot. It seems it will disable optimus if I understand correctly and use only my discrete graphics hopefully enabling full performance from the RTX2070. I remember you saying in the beginning disabling the iGPU could lead to a mess of troubles. Is disabling the iGPU and different from this option in the screenshot? Or are your methods to disable it and this bios selection one in the same.
Edit never mind, I cant switch the option from muxless to muxed anyway.

Yes, they often hide a lot! There is even more too, I didn't switch main, and there is a hidden debug folder too with 100's of settings (I don't think that one can be made visible, only changed in place for testing/debug)
**** Warning!! **** - And sorry I forgot to mention this earlier! Please do not change any graphics related settings, at least not any that control which is main graphics output, don't try to enable or disable graphics etc. Unless you have a programmer in your hands and a confirmed valid backup made, otherwise you can end up with black screen (graphics disabled) and no way to reflash except blind flash or via programmer. You can change things like allocated memory amounts, core speeds etc, just don't try to enable/disable/switch.
On the images you linked in #41, please put all that in a zip r 7zip, thanks!
Sorry I assumed maybe you were familiar with AMIBCP, yes it's a program you can open BIOS with and see all possible settings. It's OK, you can send me images of all the settings and submenus etc, I'm used to checking so wont take me too long to run through it all.
On your post #42 question, see above, and thanks for letting me know I did warn you about this earlier too
Yes, no muxed in this BIOS, so really unsure why that options is even in the BIOS (they hide even when both options are there too, but still)
I cannot create proper IFR from your setup module post edit, so I cant play with trying to make a muxed option possible
I only have the stock one Feluchi gave me and he never replied about how I can obtain that one for this BIOS properly, so I can't edit, re-grab new IFR and check, re-edit, check etc,

There is literally dozens upon dozens of menus in there it would take me a while to get all those photos. I'd rather not have an option to change graphics related settings if it's going to be an issue like that so not having the muxed option is fine with me. Also I tried setting the OC for the CPU to constantly run at its maxed turbo frequency but it doesnt seem to be sticking. I disabled all types of power limiting factors as well and the 8750h is still only running at 3.9ghz max. I definitely have the headroom as far as thermals go so I'm not sure why it wont boost and stay at 4.1ghz. Would you know anything about that?

Yes, I know But if you want to make sure, that is the only way. You don't have to show me possible options for settings (Like enabled/disabled pop-up), only images of all visible settings shown in each.
Max turbo is it's own mod, not a BIOS setting. I've done it a few times, but on some CPU's it requires old microcodes and ME, so security risk and it's a risk to you if those are not compatible with your CPU you'd then have to use programmer to reflash. If you have one, we can test this type of mod, if not then it's best to wait until you do.

Try this link, it's a shareable one. If I compress it with any file compressor it's still too large for any free hosting.
