Clevo N960TF / Clevon N9XXTD_TF Unlock Request

Hi guys,
at this way im searching for an unlocked Bios for my Clevo N960TF.
At notebookreview.com was a thread which said to use H2OUVE to unlock the settings, but it wont/cant read my bios :/ - when i open H2OUVE-W-GUIx64 and click on load runtime, nothing happens. so im searching for an unlocked and maybe newer bios.
my actual bios, read out of hwinfo:

i got the newer bios 1.07.10 from my vendor but it doesnt help me :/

This is the bios reg i did with Intel CSME System Tools v12 r24
was on win-raid.com and they told me to ask here
