How do I get the ROM file from this BIOS installer?

Hello BIOS Mods community,



I am trying to mod my BIOS for my HP Compaq DX2400 MicroTower, the BIOS comes in an executable, but when I opened it in 7Zip, I couldn't find any ROM files. 

My motherboard is an IPIBL-LB

How do I get the ROM from this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.


UPDATE OCT 6 2022:
I found a forums page about flashing the BIOS, the BIOS file appears to be the BEN5.43 file that is inside of the .exe for the BIOS; https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/archive/...672-2.html
