HP PRO 3500 G2 with i5-2500K or i5-3570K

Hi,can yo give me some adviсe?
I've just bought cpu core i5-3550, for my HP PRO 3500 G2 MT.
I have the original bios version 80.03
Mainboard : HP 22F8 3.30
Bios : AMI 80.03 ( 05/05/2014)
I want to know, will it work with that version of bios?

Or i need to upgrade it?

P.S. I have not installed it yet, because waiting for it (just bought in ebay)?but i'm wondering will it work or not.
