[REQ] Unhide forms ATD PC-1028 (Malata PC91008)

Hi,

I would like to ask you to unhide the two hidden forms (or at least the advanced menu), becouse now my netbook constantly runs the fan at full speed, and can not be changed.
I have tried to use Jakob's j-bios tools without success. After it let me choose which form I want to replace, I can not choose the form to replace with.

Trying j-bios on the original:
