I have updated the bios with no problems and the tablet booted OK however the TP-Link wireless is not being accepted - the Unsupported device message is displayed. The wireless is TP-Link TL-WN861N v.2:
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0029&SUBSYS2091168C
Is this bios with modded whitelist or the adapter is some new version?

Ah read the first post , SUBSYS ID is different therfore you need a new mod.

OK, could you help me how to edit the SUBSYS ID? I have the Phoenix bios editor installed.

Do to recent advances , i have made a beta unconfirmed bios which you may try at your own risk!

This bios has its whitelist disabled so any wifi card should work!

Thanks for the bios. There was no problem flashing the bios but the white list is still there - got the "Unsupported wireless device" message.

Sorry it didnt work , i need the VEN DEV and SUBSYS from Palych so i know what to replace in his mod for your card to work (ie. the SUBSYS , the rest is the same)

The link was removed because the mod failed , please get us the DEV , VEN and SUBSYS ID's for your new card and we can try to replace all the ID's
