[REQUEST] Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IMH05 (82CG) EGCN36WW — unlock PEG for eGPU

Laptop: Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IMH05, type 82CG
CPU: Intel i7-10750H
Internal dGPU: GTX 1650
BIOS: LENOVO EGCN36WW, 14/02/2022

I am using an M.2 eGPU adapter with an RTX 5070.
Windows 11 GPT. Error 12 after sleep-resume. If the 5070 PSU is on at POST, the laptop black-screens. I will not flash until you confirm the file is for this machine.

Please unlock:
- Advanced → System Agent (SA) Configuration → PEG Port Configuration (disable internal dGPU PEG x16)
- Above 4G Decoding / MMIO High Limit if available

Same laptop on eGPU.io: GTX 1660 Super worked on stock BIOS; RX 6800 XT needed a modded BIOS + PEG disable:

I can send a BIOS dump. Please tell me the exact tool and command for this Insyde Lenovo. I will not run a flash command.
