I downloaded the driver: intel WiMAX 6250 AGN

Profit!
WiFi and WIMAX work good and correct! thinkpad access connection feel this and work with it!

Do you see your modem in the device manager after laptop soft reboot?

Sorry for the reply delay. Yes i finally figure it out by switching on my ThinkPad hardware wireless switch, it finally appeared on device manager. I've used it ever since - it works perfectly.

If you're also using F3507g, I recommend you to grab the v6.3.3.6 driver. Why? Because the very latest driver can cause your modem unable to connect properly while the old ones can cause random BSOD. Here's the link
