Hi Guys!
Lenovo has released a new UEFI BIOS for the Lenovo X220: 1.40 (8DUJ26US) (May 2015)
UEFI: 1.40 / ECP: 1.24

Code:
It contains an important change:
[Important] Mitigate risk of security vulnerability related to DRAM Row Hammering.

General info page: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds018805
Download direct link: https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc...uj26us.iso
Readme: https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc...uj26uc.txt

Would anybody please be so kind to make a whitelist-free version of this ROM?
A bootable CD version would be highly appreciated!

Big thanks and even more from me if you make and test the ROM.

Hi BDMaster,

It seems to work great but the splash screen image is missing. Any ideas on how to get it back? Thanks!

EDIT: Nevermind! It looks like you just need to change the winflash.ini file and set ImageFile=$filename. Big Grin

@. . . Hello, I'm flashing coreboot now and have a request, could you share vgabios.rom?
And also, if you ever tried coreboot yourself, have you ever had issues with keyboard init on seabios payload.
Is there any difference whether to flash from the latest bios or with my current one 1.32 (gbe and me firmware)?
