300 Watt OEM Power Supply
Zalman Z7+ case
AMD Phenom II x4 940 Stock Heatpipe hsf

please take a short search over the forum, there are some threads about this mobo even with modded and unlocked BIOS...

Thanks for the reply, but I did do a search prior to posting, and couldn't find any unlocked bios, thus the post.
