Hi, the BIOS modification worked fine but when I install my new Wi-Fi card it is not showing up in device manager, any ideas?

How do I install the drivers when the device doesn't show up in device manager? The old Wi-Fi card works just fine and shows up in device manager as expected. Also my USB ports have stopped working all of a sudden?

Edit: ok I managed to get my USB ports working by uninstalling their controllers in device manager and rebooting PC, Could there be a similar solution to getting PC to recognise the network adapter?

Man I hate Lenovo. Tried 3 different network cards until I discovered they had to be sourced from Lenovo to work.
