P.S. Read the Instructions included as You have to Downgrade to Flash the Bios Mod !

I have done anyway Wink

You have to Downgrade to version 1.13 or 1.14 then use Sleep Bug Procedure
to Flash the Bios Mod from Windows Desktop !!!
Read the Instructions included !!!
So You will flash over the older bios which Unlock the Eeprom Chip !
Let me know

P.S. Use anyway the Sleep Bug !!!
BDMaster I would like to remove whitelist protection from my bios since I want to attach a EGPU PE4H M-PCIE to my Lenovo Y50 with an M.2 Key E to M-PCIE adapter and see if it works. I have tried the EGPU on a Acer Aspire M5 481PT but it doesn't recognize it. I guess is because the M-PCIE port is whitelisted and I can't find anywhere a way to removed the whitelist protection. I have already downgraded the Lenovo Y50-70 to the Bios v1.13, ran ''New_Backup_FTPs" and uploaded the "Result.rar" to Mega.co.nz.

Here is the link to "result.rar": https://mega.nz/#!8hl0wQCY!03w84vKIxDf5X...15vhQ_DJdU

Also if you can help me to remove whitelist protection from my Acer Aspire M5 481PT, I'll appreciate it.
In case you need it my system specs are:

- 2015 Lenovo Y50-70 15-inch non-touch FHD
- I7 4720HQ
- 16GB Ram
- 512GB SSD
- GTX 960m 4GB
- Bios version 1.13 (For some reason my screen blinks with this bios, that's why I upgraded my Bios in first place)
Hi mate,
About Lenovo this is possible as Lenovo has many Whitelist Peripherals into but
I saw milions of Acer, eMachines, Packard Bells Bioses and none with any Locks Wink
So I think there is a incompatibility slot Card or something different on Acer !
Now I will give a look to your Lenovo and first thing We have to Flash the Bios Mod
If You have no problem using older version is preferible to use v. 1.14 and not
update to new one !

it worked for a week or so... now im getting buggs... i had a problem with my touchscreen for example. it was touching itself constantly and rapidly when some time went by. Now the bug is somehow gone, after i deactivated the touchscreen in the device manager, and reactivated it... still im sure it will come back... Now the more serious problem/ bug... i now need some time and button bashin on keyboard and powerbutton to get my notebook on... there was also a short time where i was able to use the Novo button to get to the menu... a strange behavior is going on now with my notebook... its like it has his own life now..
do u might know, whats the problem? do i still have warranty when i backflash it to the standardbios ? D: how do i backflash? same as before?
thanks in advice
Hi BDMaster, thanks for you reply. I succeeded on flashing the bios, but unfortunately I ended up bricking my bios (I didn't see the part in capital letters where says "DO NOT TOUCH THE GRAPHICS SETTINGS"). Anyways, I have seen in others posts that the bios can be physically overwriten directly from the mobo with some tools and knowledge that don't have. So I was wondering how much it will cost me to fixed if I send it to you.

Please send me a message to my email with the overall cost (including tools that you may not have), your physical address to send the laptop ( I hope you live in the US), and your PayPal email address to send you the payment.

My email address is: Eudyalexander97@hotmail.com
I'll explain everything over email.
I'll be waiting for your answer.
Thanks in advance.

The latest Discovery about Recover Bios after a Black Screen for Video Card :

The simplest solution worked!
For future reference, the trick was to find the right combo of keys:

F2 to boot into BIOS then F9 - ENTER - F10 - ENTER

1. F2 go to Bios
2. F9 follwed by + Enter Key
3. F10 follwed by + Enter Key
I have tried that already but its not just a simple black screen. The screen doesn't turn on at all. You know when turns on even when is black because the black from a screen that's off is deeper than one that's on (Ask Samsung and their Amoled screens, they're experts on that)

I have decided to buy a new Mobo in case it cannot be fixed. I'll like to make you a small donation for helping me unlocking the bios. Even though I fucked it up, it's not your fault and you were very helpful. I just want to know if I have to donate to the forum or to your PayPal account.

Just let me know and thanks for your help again. I may need you again in case I need to buy a new Mobo. I'll like to unlock the BIOS of the new one.
