With the second tool I receive error "Can not identify the BIOS !"

I'm running both tools as administrator through Windows 8. Not sure if any of the information below will help but it is everything found on the "Information" page in BIOS.

I was finally able to get the universal backup tool to work! For some odd reason it just didn't want to function in windows 8. I utilized Hiren's Boot CD and ran the tool in mini windows 7 and I finally got results. They are uploaded below:
