Hi, I have a Lenovo Ideapad U310. I have never modified or flashed the BIOS before. I want to install an Intel AC-3160HMW card.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone can remove the whitelist, I looked into doing it myself but I was very out of my depth, and I don't want to brick my computer.
I am not very sure what is the file you need to help me, can anybody guide me in this challenge?
Thank you in advance!
Hello, I wonder if anyone is still actively providing files for white listing idea pads.
I have a u310 with a bio version of 65CN98WW.
All links /files are long dead or gone.
Can anyone help?
I would like to have the whitelist in my bios removed.
I tried to back-up my bios using Bios back-up universal.
First Windows 10 blocked and deleted it because 'a potential threat' was found.
After excluding the file from Windows Defender and running it, the program says: No bios found.
What is a good and simple alternative to make a bios back-up?
Help me out, Lenovo and his so called 'white list' drives me crazy.
I removed the whitelist.
Thanks.

This is a little confusing to me and I have read a lot. I have attached the file with information on my lan card. I have flashed many bios but modifying is new. Hope this is all the information you needed. Thanks so much
