Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I want to update my BIOS as well so I can install a new wifi controller.
I want to use the Intel AC 7260 wifi controller.
My current BIOS is 65CN21WW.
How can I make a backup of my current BIOS?
