I am new to this. So apologies for the noob tone.

I want to replace the wireless card in my Lenovo U410 Touch and understand I need to replace the bios to do this

I have run one of the programs to extract the current bios (i think) - results attached.

Please can anyone know what I need to do next.

I have noticed that there have been a number of requests on this site for the same laptop but it appears you can only use these modded bioses in the laptop they come from.

Any questions please let me know.

I dont want to take away from the OP post, but I also have a U410 (non-touch) that I would love to have the Wifi Whitelist removed.

I used NEW_BACKUP_FPTs for the bios backup as I could not get Bios Backup Toolkit 2.0 to work. I hope this is okay.
