I would like to whitelist the Wifi from my Lenovo U410. I feel like I am missing something easy... but few questions:

1) Can I Backup/Restore from Linux?

2) What tools on Linux/Windows do I need to run for here.

3) What's the best tool on Linux/Windows to do the actual restore?

I am already at the 65CN99WW Bios best for Windows 8 just don't currently have windows installed on this laptop.
