I am also looking for this, got a shiny new WiFi Card and would love to install it. I am trying to learn how to mod my BIOS to accomplish this, but it's a complicated and scary process as one wrong move means bricked machine haha. Anyways I have a couple backed up BIOS files and I will work to try and get this done.

Actually, i got it. Just flashed the BIOS, put the new wifi card in , and now it is working perfectly fine!!Thanks!!!
Hello, i have an ideapad U410 too and my bios is 65CN89WW version. So I not be able to flash older bios version like the 13 or 21 present in this post.
The link of the previous 65CN89WW modded bios is dead :'(
can you reupload them ?

I've run flash.bat on DOS the flash is OKay, but I still do not have wifi
my wifi card is alway unallowed
EDIT : The card was not activated in windows after the flash, your modded bios is GREAT ! IT WORKS
