Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hey there. I've bought myself a used U310 and wanted to change the Wifi card. I dunno, which BIOS is installed. It is that one here:

Could you please patch it? And how do I install it?

I want to replace the Wifi card on my U310. Its going to be the Intel AC 7260 if you need this information.
I also want to throw in the Samsung 850 EVO mSATA 250 GB, if this requires a mod as well.
