It doesn't work... :-( The pc was reebooted and the bios update was failing...
You have to Downgrade before Flash the Bios Mod so follow this
Guide (Donovan6000) :

http://donovan6000.blogspot.it/2013/06/i...overy.html

Then use this tool HP UEFI to prepare an USB Stick Fat32 Formatted
then rename It as HP_TOOLS

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52501-53000/sp52509.exe

Then copy into the USB Stick the Recovery Files :

Use the Recovery Procedure . . .

Now shutdown your computer. With the flash drive plugged in, hold down the Windows key and the b key.
Press the power button while continuing to hold down those two keys.
After a few seconds, the activity light on your flash drive will flash.
You can now stop holding down those two keys.
The screen may stay black for as long as 40 seconds and you might hear some beeping,
but eventually a screen like this will come up . . .
Wait for it to flash your BIOS and verify the new contents.
Then it'll restart and your computer shouldn't be bricked anymore.

After Downgraded to F.14 version then try again to Flash the Bios Mod !

Hi friend,
I want to start a New Way to pass Mods to users :

AutoMod

Using CodeRush Tool UEFIPatch + Patches.txt We can do the Mod by ourself, in any time and wherever We are !!!

Just use the right Patches.txt for the own Bios Version, so for 65CN99WW use this one !!!

How to use ? It's easy, just do a biosbackup.bin file and drag&drop on UEFIPatch.exe (the Patches.txt file has to be togheter at tool) It will reply with a file patched, then rename that file as bios.bin, put It into modified folder where are all rest tools to re-flash Bios Mod and copy all files from modified folder to an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and Boot from USB !
Then at CLI Prompt Comand run flash.bat That's It all !

Here CodeRush Tool with Patches for 65CN99WW :

http://rghost.net/56780643

Here Modified folder with all tools to re-flash Bios Mod from USB, follow instructions :

http://rghost.net/56780678

I hope It will become the New Mod Way !!!

Let me know

Thanks I will give this a

Thanks I will give this a try and let you know.

Are you saying that for me the bios.bin in the modified folder download above is the correct BIOS for me to flash without doing the steps in this case? ie. you did the steps for me this time and are providing the completed folder contents I can put on the boot disk and flash.
The reason I ask is that there is a bios.bin already in the modified folder. Also when I tried to use UEFI patch as you discussed from my original backup BIOS file it is not providing me any output file to be saved. A DOS window opens and closes immediately with no option to output and save a modified bios.bin file.

Thanks again for your help in advance.
