Dear BDMaster/ everybody,

After installing and running Universal BIOS Backup toolkit 2.0 I got the error message: Cannot identify the BIOS. 

My BIOS version is 65CN99WW, I installed it myself, because I could not get access to the factory BIOS or maybe it just wasn't there at all, I don't fully understand whether that is possible or not. 

What should I do to successfully create a BIOS Back-up?
