I would like to request and get help for the WIFI whitelist removal of a U410 Ideapad.

I tried to install a new wifi card, but it gives me errors.

I'm mew to the forum. I have a Lenovo U410 with the 65CN99WW bios and i want to remove the Wifi whitelist.

Hi all.. I'm new here.. need to flash BIOS in my Lenovo U310 IdeaPad to eliminate WiFi whitelist.. No clue what I have to do at first.. Please help me.

The wifi on this thing has gone to crap and I want to upgrade it. I want to remove the white list.

I tried to upgrade U310 with Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260, only to realize that this card isn't whitelisted. I already updated the BIOS to 65CN99WW version. The questions I have are
- Do I need to use a modded version for this adapter specifically, or does the modded version work will all kids of modules?
- If the latter one is true, is there an existing download link for the modded (whitelist removed) BIOS available? I found some links by searching this thread, but none working
- How to update the BIOS - using USB boot? What flashers to use? Should I flash from USB disc, using MS DOS, FreeDOS etc.?
- should I flash with the old WLAN card in, or could I have the new one? Or just to disconnect it entirely?
