I have a Lenovo u310 touch (65CN99WW)
and when I tried to change my wifi card I got the "usual" message about "unauthorized wireless network card" and a good google search lead me here. Is there a way to make the bios edit so I can disable the vendor ID check, without bugging someone (poor Dudu2002) to do it for me?

I have 2 lenovo u410 one touch and one non touch that I recently acquired. Both with 65CN99WW bios. I would like to remove the bios wifi whitelist. Can someone help me to on what program to use to dump it properly? Thanks in advance.

it seems that you are the guy to ask for help to remove the bios lock on an U410 Touch. I installed W11 on my wifes device and the old Centrino WiFi Card cannot be installed properly. I tried two different cards, both Intel (3160 & 7260) but got the same „we-from-lenovo-disallow-you-use-your-stuff“ screen. A few searches in Google brought me here. So, maby you have time and like to help me. Thanks in advance.

I would like to exchange my Wifi Card for Intel AC 7260 but my bios blocks it.
Could you please modify my bios and bypass the whitelisting?

I own a Lenovo U310 Laptop. The curent BIOS firmware version is 65cn99ww, which can be downloaded from here:

I need to install a new wifi card. Can someone please provide a modded BIOS version and tell me how to install it (to install original bios firmwares I usually use the the tool provided by Lenovo which only allows their firmwares to be installed)?
